Where to spectate, what to do after the finish line.
Best zone for athletes who want to walk to the swim start, transition, expo, and finish area. Busy and convenient, with the race atmosphere concentrated along the seafront.
Quieter beachfront area east of the race hub, still close enough for a short taxi, bus, or bike ride into Puerto del Carmen. Good balance of calmer lodging and manageable access.
Atmospheric harbor-side area with restaurants and a more local feel than the main beach strip. Walkable to race central for many visitors, but hillier and less direct than staying on the beachfront.
Useful for athletes prioritizing broader hotel choice, lower prices, or airport convenience, but it adds race-morning travel and more dependence on car or taxi.
