Where to spectate, what to do after the finish line.
Best zone for athletes who want to walk to nearly everything: swim start, transition, expo, restaurants, and finish atmosphere.
Excellent athlete-focused choice with very short access to the swim and easy walking into the village, often quieter than the busiest part of Main Street.
Good middle-ground area with motels, condos, and some vacation rentals; usually still walkable or a short shuttle/drive to the race core.
More car-dependent and generally less atmospheric, but useful for later-booking travelers seeking lower prices or larger lodging stock.
